Functions & Events at Clarens Retreat

At Clarens Retreat we believe that there is no such thing as a “turn-key” wedding or event, and for this reason we do not provide standard price lists.

Our experience has taught us that each client is unique and that the requirements of one Client are vastly different to the requirements of another.

Francois, our Events Coordinator, prefers to consult with all prospective Clients in order to establish what their expectations are and only then can we provide you with a tailor-made quotation for your wedding or event – this way you will not be paying for anything you don’t need or want.

Francois Potgieter, a Chef with international training and experience, has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of organising and executing events. Whether it is a Wedding in Clarens, an intimate cocktail party or multi-day corporate event – he has done it! Francois is uniquely positioned in Clarens and surrounding areas to help you choose a reputable venue, photographer, florist, make-up artist and DJ, whist he will personally take charge of your function menu and event execution.
